Location

The house is located peacefully overlooking the valley and the sea in South Milton a mile from South Milton Sands beach.

You also have Thurlestone beach, golf and tennis club (2 miles) and Bantham Bay which is great for surfing within 3 miles by car or a wonderful 30 minute walk along the coastal path.

Salcombe is 4 miles away if you’re into your sailing and Kingsbridge is 3 miles away with its 2 supermarkets and excellent butchers and fishmongers.

The infamous and award winning Beachhouse fish shack at South Milton is always worth a visit – book ahead for inside dining but there are always tables outside which is great when the weather is lovely.

Hope Cove has a number of pubs and is a 3 mile walk east along the coastal path. The Village Inn or The Sloop at Bantham is always a good bet if you walk westward on the coastal path.
