Bedrooms
The house has four bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 8. The Master bedroom has an en-suite and large balcony looking down the valley towards the sea. Two further first floor rooms share a bathroom with bath and separate shower. The Ground floor bedroom (no steps) has two oversized single beds and a large shower room next to it.
Kitchen
The kitchen is very well equipped as we love to cook and entertain. It is a sociable space with wonderful views of the valley and bi-fold doors that open out onto a raised terrace and BBQ area (Weber BBQ is provided).
Sitting Room
The large sitting room will comfortably accommodate all 8 guests. Two large sofas and two additional armchairs mean a cosy afternoon by the fire is always an option if the British weather fails you.
A four person card table gives another option for entertainment and the sideboard in the sitting room is full of games and jigsaws for family fun.
Equally, the sliding doors to the South open out onto a dining terrace with outside table and chairs and views of the sea.
Utility Room
In addition to a well equipped kitchen there is a separate Utility Room with additional fridge freezer, ice maker, Washing Machine, Tumble dryer, Microwave, Double sink, Ice Cream Maker, waffle maker and plenty of storage
Boot Room
Given the activities on hand and the amount of ‘collateral’ that comes with them, there is a back door with a handy welly jack and a heated boot room with shoe and boot racks and hanging and storage for all your kit and wet suits.
